At Fearless Pilates, we aim to make your Pilates experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Please read and abide by our policies to facilitate this.

Appointments:
All Reformer Pilates classes are booked in advance as places are limited. Please arrive 5 min early to allow time to get changed and prepare for your session to start on time.
We recommend leaving valuables at home as Fearless Pilates takes no responsibility for their safety.

Cancellation:
As a courtesy to our staff and clients we have a 24hr cancellation policy for Reformer Studio classes. To avoid cancellation fee, it is each client's responsibility to notify the 
Studio in advance should you want to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If cancelled less than 24hr in advance, you will be responsible to pay the full charge of the class. We are aware that life happens and will take that in consideration when you text to cancel.
This policy is in place to minimize disruption to our other clients and as a courtesy to our trainers who are not compensated in the event of a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our trainer's time.

The cancellation policy does not apply to Drop In Mat Pilates Classes.
